Students from the college won the third prize in the 11th Wuhan Textile University Aerobics Competition

On May 29th, the 11th Wuhan Textile University Aerobics Competition came to a successful conclusion at the Sunshine Gymnasium. This competition, hosted by the School Youth League Committee and the Physical Education Department and organized by the School of Management, has attracted many teams from the entire school to compete on the same stage. The team from Birmingham College won the third prize in the team competition with their outstanding performance, interpreting the charm of the college with their youthful dance moves.

The college attaches great importance to this competition. Teachers and students have worked together to prepare for it. From the selection of team members to daily training, they have devoted themselves wholeheartedly. During the preparation period, the team members made full use of their spare time. On the basis of mastering the prescribed movements of the “Textile University Fitness Routine” proficiently, they carefully integrated creative formation arrangements and elements of traditional Chinese culture, striving to blend precise movements with artistic expression, demonstrating unique vitality and ingenuity.

At the final site, the team members of our college moved in unison, were full of energy and vigor, and won unanimous praise from the judges and the audience with their infectious performance. This award is not only a full recognition of the hard work and team spirit of the participating team members, but also a vivid demonstration of the college's active response to the call of “all-round development of students” and its emphasis on cultivating students' comprehensive qualities.

In the future, the college will continue to encourage and support students to participate in diverse cultural and sports activities, adhering to the principle of promoting training through competitions and fostering growth through training.
