To enhance students' physical fitness and guide them to develop good study and living habits as well as a positive and healthy mindset, the Early Morning Association of Wuhan Textile University and the Psychological Association of Birmingham College jointly organized a morning run activity titled "Dawn Breaking, Chasing Dreams Forward" on the morning of March 30th. Xiang Rong, the Party Secretary of Birmingham College, Li Douming, the Deputy Secretary, and Fang Kaijin, the counselor, led the way, with over 300 students actively participating.

Facing the first ray of sunlight in the morning, the students came to the playground in an orderly manner to participate in the morning run. Under the guidance of the association volunteers and the safety protection of the school hospital, they officially started the 3-kilometer health run. Everyone was full of energy, swinging their arms, taking strides and jogging slowly, encouraging each other. Although they were sweating profusely, they still persisted in completing the whole course. The sounds of footsteps, slogans and gasps add new vitality to the campus in the early spring morning, fully demonstrating the fine mental outlook of college students.

At the end of the event, teachers and students signed their names on the banner one after another and took photos together. The students said that this activity allowed them to step out of their dormitories, get off the Internet and go to the playground, experiencing the campus sports culture atmosphere of sunny sports and physical fitness firsthand. Running not only exercises one's body but also strengthens one's willpower, enabling one to confront difficulties head-on and keep moving forward when facing them.

Health is the cornerstone of life and perseverance is the bridge to success. Birmingham College will accurately grasp the needs of students, closely follow the requirements of the new era's “five-education integration”, and continuously carry out more group extracurricular sports activities.
