The autumn wind bids farewell to the job, setting sail for the workplace. In order to provide better employment services for graduates, build a platform for mutual selection between employers and graduates, enable graduates to understand the current market situation, and stimulate students' initiative in employment, on the afternoon of October 10th, Zhang Xinyi, the senior counselor of Birmingham College, escorted nearly 50 graduates to and from Hubei University of Technology by bus throughout the journey to participate in the “Hundred Cities, Thousand Schools, Ten Thousand Enterprises” Employment Promotion Campaign - the 2024 Autumn Art Specialized Large-scale Job Fair. A total of over 74 employers participated in this job fair.

The employers at the art job fair offer excellent working Spaces and broad development platforms for students of all art majors. At the job fair, the order was well maintained and the place was bustling with people. Graduates from our college communicated face-to-face with various recruiting units with determined eyes, confident smiles and proper speech and behavior. They took the initiative to learn about the situations of the employers and chose the units and positions that suited them to submit their resumes. After the meeting, the students all expressed that through this job fair, they felt the situation of employment competition and gained certain job-hunting experiences. It was of great significance and they benefited a lot!

The college attaches great importance to employment work. To ensure the effectiveness of the job fair, the college organized the counselors of the graduating classes in advance to actively promote, arrange and deploy, and widely mobilize the graduates of 2025 to actively participate. It also arranged for the counselors to organize special vehicles to pick up and drop off the students to participate in the job fair, guiding the students to understand the current employment situation and clarify their employment directions. The Birmingham College will further enhance its service level and fully promote high-quality employment for its graduates.
